When you first come to one of our salons, we will make a personal customer sheet for you which will be used to record your eyelash condition, hair quality (weight, thickness, character), the design you want for that day and details such as length and thickness of the selected extensions.
After the stylist, who will attach your extensions, has checked your hair quality, eye shape, bone structure, angle and habits, she will ask about the design.
Please let her know what image you would like.
She will select the extensions closest to the image you want.
You can relax while you are having your extensions attached. Customers can also ask to have an oxygen inhaler while having their extensions.
The stylist will start by separating your upper and lower lashes by putting a pad over your lower lid and lashes.
She will then clean your lashes
and remove any dirt or oil on them.
Then she will begin to attach the extensions by carefully selecting from hundreds of extension types, the lashes that match your request.
She will then finish by drying your extensions with cool air for about 1 minute.
Please be careful not to get your extensions wet for 2 to 3 hours after they have been attached so that they stay on for longer and in better condition.
You can leave after you have learnt about the daily care of your extensions.
We have a powder room for customers who wish to re-do
their make-up and go straight out after having their extensions done.
